We want you to love your Keto Bars. If you’re not happy with a flavor you ordered, just email us at hello@ketobars.com within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll refund you for that item, no questions asked.

Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We offer a one-time refund on a single flavor or product type so you can try Keto Bars with confidence.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable. Please include your order number and a brief note so we can process your refund quickly.
