If you've been on social media lately you know that everyone on the planet is stuck inside and making their own homemade bread. Just because you're keto, doesn't mean you can't jump on the bandwagon! We've gathered 3 easy and delicious recipes for homemade keto bread.
Recipe #1: KetoConnect 'Mug Bread'
If youโre looking for a quick keto bread recipe, this is your go-to! This recipe is great because itโs simple, but if youโre feeling creative, you can always add more to make it your own!
INGREDIENTS
Dry mix:
โข 2 cups almond flour
โข ยผ cup psyllium husk powder
โข 6 tbsp ground golden flaxseed meal
โข 2 tsp baking powder
โข ยฝ tsp pink Himalayan salt
To make the mug bread:
โข ยผ cup dry mix
โข 1 tbsp butter
โข 1 large egg
DIRECTIONS
For dry mix:
โข Combine all ingredients into a large jar and shake to combine.
Note: Making the dry mix in bulk will quicken the bread making process. Be sure to store in an airtight container on the counter top. Can be used for up to 3 weeks.
To make the mug bread:
โข Add 1 tbsp of butter to a microwave safe bowl.
โข Add ยผ cup of the mix to the melted butter and add an egg.
โข Mix thoroughly with a fork until uniform.
โข Microwave on high for 70-80 seconds.
Then, eat as is - or, slice in half to use as a sandwich or a side for your meal.

Recipe #2: Wholesome Yum 90 Second Bread with Almond Flour:
When it comes to quick bread making, 90 seconds is pretty quick! You wonโt believe how delicious this keto bread recipe from Wholesome Yum is!
INGREDIENTS
โข 1 tbsp butter (can use ghee or coconut oil for dairy-free)
โข 3 tbsp blanched almond flour
โข 1 tsp Psyllium husk powder
โข ยฝ tsp Gluten-free baking powder
โข 1 pinch sea salt
โข 1 large egg
DIRECTIONS
โข Melt your butter, ghee, or coconut oil in a small rectangular glass container.
โข Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and sea salt.
โข Add the flour mixture to the melted butter, then whisk in the egg and stir everything together
until smooth. Level the top with the back of your spoon.
โข Microwave Method: Microwave for about 90 seconds, or until firm.
โข Oven Method: Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees F, until firm.
โข Once your bread is done in the microwave or oven, let it cool and then slice to your desired thickness.
โข Toast in the toaster for the best results! This improves the texture and reduces any egg-y flavor.

Recipe #3: WickedStuffed Oopsie Bread:
This keto bread recipe makes deliciously fluffy slices that will go with any keto meal youโre cooking up! Bonus, only 3 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
โข 3 eggs
โข A pinch of Cream of Tartar
โข 3 oz. Cream Cheese
DIRECTIONS
โข Pre-heat your over to 300 degrees F.
โข Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.
โข In a stand-up mixer, blend together the egg whites and cream of tartar for 5 minutes on high until stiff peaks form.
โข Meanwhile, blend together the cream cheese and egg yolks with a hand blender until smooth (about 1 minute).
โข Add the egg white mixture into the cream cheese mixture gently with a spoon or spatula, you want it to remain fluffy!
โข Use a large spoon to scoop your mixture onto a greased baking pan. You should be able to make approximately 6 โslicesโ.
โข Cooke at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
